How much does it cost to rent Heritage Venue?
Kris to fill in. Heritage venue rental starts at $2,000 for week day pricing. Pricing varies based on the space rented, day of week, and time of year. Off-season pricing is available. Contact Kris for a full pricing breakdown tailored to your event.
How many people can Heritage accommodate for a corporate event?
Our capacity is 400 people, but Heritage comfortably seats up to 300 guests for plated meals in the venue and gallery spaces. The open floor plan is flexible and can be configured for intimate gatherings or large-scale receptions and events.
What is included in the venue rental?
Every Heritage venue rental includes tables and chairs, a white oak hardwood dance floor, AV equipment and projector, high speed WiFi, outdoor space, zero-entry accessibility, and free parking. Catering, bar service, barista hire, and extended hours are available as add-ons.
Can I rent just part of the venue?
Yes, Heritage offers three rental options: the full space, the venue side only, or the coffeehouse side only for smaller and more intimate gatherings. Weddings are usually a full building rental.

Absolutely. Heritage features zero-entry access throughout the entire space, making it fully accessible for every guest regardless of mobility. We also have four accessible restrooms.
