Individual areas can be rented. The venue side can be rented separately from the Coffeehouse side or they can be rented together as the whole building.

Heritage venue rental starts at $4,000. Pricing varies based on the space, day of week, and time of year. Off-season pricing is available for select dates. Contact us for a full pricing breakdown or use our online estimator.

Heritage comfortably seats up to 300 guests. The building's capacity is 400. The open floor plan is flexible and can be configured for intimate gatherings or large-scale events.

Yes! Heritage is one of Central Iowa's sought-after wedding venues. We offer full venue rental for weddings and receptions with preferred catering partners, full bar service, and a team that genuinely cares about your day.

Heritage works with a curated list of preferred catering partners. Outside caterers may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis — reach out to discuss your options.  

Please note you may use a caterer of your choosing, but they must be approved by mgmt and licensed & insured.  Any food that needs to be cold held or hot held must be prepared in a commercial kitchen, sorry no crock pots.  You will work directly with the caterer on your contract.  Heritage only charges a fair catering kitchen usage fee.   Heritage does not provide staff to bus your dinner tables.  Your caterer needs to have staff to do this!  

Your caterer also needs to provide all tableware/glasses/silverware.  Heritage will provide cups/glasses for any coffee and alcohol.  We do not have glassware for dinner tables.  

Yes! Our coffeehouse bar transitions into a full-service bar for evening events. Bar service is available as a package inclusion or add-on depending on your rental.  Our alcohol license allows us to offer keg beer, champagne, selzers, wine, and mixed drinks.  If you have a specific drink favored by your guests, we can most likely accommodate that!  

Absolutely! We encourage it. Tours are available at scheduled times each week.

Heritage hosts weddings and receptions, corporate events, fundraisers, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, private coffeehouse rentals, and more. If you have an occasion worth celebrating, Heritage has a space for it.
